30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition and returned in original packaging.

 

RESTOCKING FEE

A 15% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or is not as ordered, we will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund. Document any damage with photos at delivery and contact us within 48 hours.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom upholstery orders, COM pieces, and final sale items are not eligible for return. All custom and COM sales are final from the moment an order is placed.
