We stand behind the quality of every piece that leaves our factory. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read the sections below carefully, as return eligibility and timelines vary by product type.

Product type Eligibility Conditions
Standard / in-stock furniture Returnable Within 30 days of delivery. Item must be in original, unused condition.
Replacement cushions / fabric Returnable Within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
Accessories (covers, fire pits, lanterns, etc.) Returnable Within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following:

Item is in its original, unused condition — no assembly, installation, or outdoor use.

Item must be repacked in its original packaging, with all tags and documentation included. Returns packed in non-original packaging will not be accepted.

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected, typically within 5–7 business days.

Please inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery. If damage or a defect is discovered:

Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

Photograph the damage — both the packaging and the product — from multiple angles.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@louisosier.com with your order number and photos. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a full remedy.

We will review your claim and arrange repair, replacement, or a full refund at our discretion.


All Louis Osier products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.

Component Coverage period What’s covered
Metal frame 3 years Structural defects, welds, and finish failures under normal use.
Woven resin 3 years Cracking, splitting, or deterioration not caused by misuse or UV exposure beyond normal outdoor conditions.
Concrete 3 years Structural defects and surface failures under normal use. Does not cover minor surface variation or natural weathering.
Woven rope 1 year Fraying, unraveling, or breakage under normal use.
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, accidents, normal wear and tear, or fading caused by extended UV exposure. To make a warranty claim, contact us at returns@louisosier.com with your order number and photos of the defect. If a return is required, we will provide packaging guidance — original packaging is not required for warranty claims.

Email returns@louisosier.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.

Repack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in our confirmation email. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
